Never Miss a Patient Again

AI receptionist for medical and dental clinics. Callovyn takes the name, the reason in the caller’s words, and a preferred time. Staff confirm. The chart stays closed. Demos use synthetic data only — not real patient information.

All industries

A bright clinic reception. No patient information is shown.
Reception only. The chart is never opened. Demo data is synthetic.

What is collected

Name, phone, new or existing, reason in the caller’s words, preferred time, walk-in yes or no. No health card, diagnosis, medication, lab, or chart.

Staff confirm first

Healthquest has no booking API yet. Accuro and Med Access wait on their vendors. Until a schedule API is connected, staff enter every visit by hand. The caller is booked only after staff confirm.

Synthetic demo data

Clinic demos do not take real patient information. Use test names and numbers. Public signup is not the clinic path yet.

Same product

A clinic is a profile on Callovyn, not a second product. Mara is the receptionist persona. Charges are agreed on the clinic file before payment. Prices are not published here.

For example

A caller wants a checkup Thursday morning and says they are an existing patient. The desk takes the name, phone, and preferred time. No health card. Staff confirm.

Same Callovyn desk as every other Canadian business. The industry is a profile, not a second product. Staff confirm before anyone is told they are booked. Public pages do not show prices.

Dental clinics

A dental office uses this same clinic desk. Cleanings, checkups, and a preferred time. Staff confirm before anyone is told they are booked. The chart, x-rays, and treatment notes stay closed. Public signup is not the dental path yet. On the demo form, choose Dental clinic.

A cleaning request

For exampleA caller asks for a cleaning next Tuesday morning. The desk takes the name, the phone, whether they are new, and that time. The office confirms it.

A new patient

For exampleSomeone new asks what to bring and whether you take new patients. The desk reads the answer you approved. It does not ask for a health card or open a chart.

What stays out

No health card, tooth chart, diagnosis, medication, lab, or the clinic’s system password. Until a schedule connection is approved, staff enter every visit by hand.
